BURSTASYMMETRIC BETS
Order something you can't pronounce at a restaurant you've never been to. Pay attention to the resistance before ordering — that's the rep.

SPONTANEOUS TRANSFERS
THE SPACING CURVE
Each trait moves through these four phases automatically as you log reps. The dashboard surfaces what's due now — you don't track the schedule.
Burst · 0–4 reps
2 reps/day. Encode the pattern.
Daily · 5–14 reps
1 rep/day. Build automaticity.
Spaced · 15–24 reps
Every 2 days. Consolidate.
Maintenance · 25+ reps
Weekly check-in. Hold the line.

SPONTANEOUS TRANSFER LOG
When you do one of these behaviors unprompted in the wild — that's a transfer. Log it.
WHAT WE'RE TRACKING — AND WHY
Growth signals, in order of how much they actually matter
Resistance trending down within a trait. Same stimulus, lower threat response = the literal rewiring. Watch the per-trait line drift from 7s and 8s into 3s and 4s.
Spontaneous transfer. The rep happens unprompted, in a context the routine never gave you. First time you ask in a real high-stakes situation without rehearsing — that's installed.
Phase progression with the curve respected. Each trait passing Burst → Daily → Spaced → Maintenance with the spacing intact (not all crammed into a week). Spacing is what prevents extinction.
Decision latency dropping (ambiguity trait). Time-to-commit shrinking is the visible metric for that one.
Recovery time after a "no" or unfavorable outcome. Shorter sting = decoupling stuck.
